Great job! What I loved about the performance was that everyone had a chance to shine yet it didn't take away from the group. It was a real tribute giving the audience what they loved about The Ojay's and introducing songs to the younger generation.
Now because of last nite's performance and the haircut, my cousin is so feeling you. LOL. I can't blame her...

I have to say that finding out you were performing at the BET Awards was the most wonderful news! It was great being able to see you practice at the rehearsals over the weekend and watch the whole process of you perfecting your performance. Watching you do actuall coreography was just crazy! You did your thing on the stage. You sounded amazing, as usual, and you definitely shined bright on that stage. And everyone watching was able to witness your amazing talent. I was so proud. You definitley represented the O'Jays well.

in all honesty, it was the best part of the show, along with ne-yo singing lady in my life then janet speaking brought tears to my eyes along with 'i'll be there', ahhh! but i digress. i adore the o'jays, especially since they're homegrown. i was sooo surprised to see tevin campbell and don cornelius looking the same as i remember him. trey, tyrese & johnny gill killed the stage until the o'jays got up there and killed it, lol. sorry to be their age and still hittin them moves, much respect. but yeah that was the best segment, in my opinion. not to mention, my cousin now has a crush, lmfao

I was suprised especially since i thought you couldnt dance at all, and the performance was good. unlike most of the other messy performances. You looked nervous talking in the camera when telling your fav mj moment though.

I thought it was great, not only was I happy to see this trio, but I was glad to see Tevin! I happen to love The O'Jays so if this tribute wasn't on point I would have been greatly disappointed. I wrote about it on Twitter 50k times and folks had to ask me if I needed some water, because clearly I was set to fall out.
Between that and Maxwell (and the JDJ appearance :(...and kind of the New Jack appreciation), I felt like the show was saved. Michael tribute, it was not, but GOOD R&B? Definitely. All of the guys held their own during The O'Jays tribute, so it was fantastic.
Yall killed it hands down! The boys in the music industry were separated from the men by this performance. No one else they classify Songz with could have held their own with Johhny Gill and Tyrese. NO ONE!

Oh I loved it , had me at the edge of my seat me and my friends were talking about that for a while, that's the kind of performance that will have women throwing things at you or their tv screen , and i was like check out Trey suki suki , i think they should do something together for real , come here in Columbus and perform , LOVED it !
